This week, we are looking at the differences between sashes, stoles. shawls and serapes. These products are a great way to add a touch of tartan into your wardrobe, or to represent your clan in a subtle, yet stylish, way.
The tartan sash is best known, these days, among the highland dance world. Wear over the shoulder and secure at the hip with a pin or brooch. Either shoulder is fine. Wear so that the hand you feel most comfortable with is left free. The sash comes in many sizes and styles to suit your needs.
