Haggis - a versatile ingredient

Haggis is well known for being Scotland's national dish. It is most commonly eaten on Burns Night which is celebrated on the 25th of January to remember the Scottish writer - Robert Burns. However, over the years in Scotland, haggis has been incorporated into other iconic dishes and cuisines and you know what? It works!
