These simple stud earrings use the leaf design inspired by the work of Archibald Knox. Knox played an important role in the development of English Art Nouveau which was at its height in the late 1890's and early 1900's.

Dimensions 8x9 mm Material Gold Stone or Enamel None Emblem Mackintosh / Art Nouveau The item will be produced in 9ct Gold, although the image shows it in silver (which is also available). Please note that hallmarking of gold adds around 2-3 weeks to the production time.

This item is part of the Archibald Knox collection. 1854 - 1933: Influenced by the countryside and ancient stone crosses in his Isle of Man home, Knox minimalized the traditional Celtic knot work to create the subtle and simple lines symbolic of the English Art Nouveau Movement.
